2020-21: Finished third on the team as a freshman with an 84.88 scoring average… Golfed in all 17 rounds over seven events… Led the team and turned in a top-15 finish with a 245 over 54 holes at the MSU Spring Invitational on March 15-16 in Springfield, Mo… Had her season-low 79 in the opening round of the ISU Spring Invitational on April 4 in Terre Haute… Finished second on the team with a 263 over three rounds at the MVC Championship (April 19-20) in St. Charles, Mo… Member of MVC Academic Honor Roll.

Prep (Athletic): Earned all-conference honors all four years of high school and was named all-regional as a junior and senior and all-sectional during her senior season… Tied for fifth at the 2A IHSA State Championship and was named the SWSC Athlete of the Year… Helped her team finish third at state as a junior and fourth during her senior season… Was a member of her school’s badminton team and was awarded the scholar-athlete award for badminton.

Prep (Academic): Member of National Honor Society… Served as her school’s FFA (Future Farmers of America) President for three years…. Also a member of Read for a Lifetime during all four years of high school… High honor roll student.

Personal: Father Marty Schiene is the head men’s golf coach at DePaul and previously coached at Loyola and Chicago State. He was a member of the PGA Tour in 1993 after earning All-America honors during his standout collegiate career at the University of Illinois.
