Valparaiso University's Lori Moore (Dyer, Ind./Lake Central H.S.) and Kristen Templin (Madison, Wis./Middleton H.S.) were named the Mid-Continent Conference's Women's Soccer Players of the Week.

Moore scored a pair of goals in the Crusaders 2-1 victory over Oakland on Sunday afternoon to earn the offensive honor. She tallied her first goal just 44 seconds into the match, then added the second in the 54th minute. The tallies increased her career goal total to 34, and give her ten match-winners during her stay with the Brown and Gold.

Templin made eight saves in the win over the Golden Grizzlies to earn the league's defensive award. She faced 26 total shots from the two-time defending conference tournament champions to help Valpo obtain second place in the Mid-Con standings.
