The Valparaiso University women's soccer team will face Oakland on Friday afternoon in the Mid-Continent Conference Tournament semifinals in Tulsa, Okla. beginning at 4:30 p.m. CST.

The Crusaders and Golden Grizzlies have already met once this season, with Valpo coming out on top 2-1 at Oakland on Oct. 20. The win marked the Brown and Gold's first triumph ever over the Golden Grizzlies, and was Oakland's first home Mid-Con loss in school history.

Oral Roberts and Southern Utah will battle in the other semifinal on Friday, beginning at 7 p.m., with the two semifinal winners meeting on Sunday in the championship at 1 p.m. The tournament winner will receive the Mid-Con's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
