The Valpo women’s swimming team has been named a Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA), as announced by the organization this week.

The Beacons earned the accolade, based on the fall 2021 semester, for the seventh consecutive semester, as they posted a team GPA of 3.35.

The CSCAA selected teams from 450 institutions as Scholar All-America Teams on the basis of their fall grade point averages. To earn the honor, teams were required to post a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the spring semester and maintain a roster of 12 or more student-athletes.
