Valparaiso University head track and field coach Tyler Wingard has announced the Crusaders' 2005-2006 track and field schedule.

The Brown and Gold are slated to compete on eight different weekends during the indoor season, beginning on December 10 at the Illinois State Earlybird Invitational. Valpo will then take six weeks off before competing at the Chicago Invitational January 21, the first of seven straight weekends. The Mid-Continent Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships are slated for February 26-27 in Bloomington, Ill.

The Crusaders outdoor schedule currently is set to begin April 1 at DePauw in a quadrangular meet with Butler and Indiana Wesleyan. Valpo will run the entire month of April in preparation for the Mid-Con Outdoor Championships set for May 11-13 in Chicago.
