2009 (Track and Field): Named Horizon League Scholar-Athlete of the Week Feb. 20 after registering a pair of podium finishes at the Chicagoland Championships ... ran to a fourth-place finish at indoor league meet and a ninth-place finish at the outdoor championships in the 800m run ... posted Valpo season-best time indoors of 2:19.32 in the 800m and was second-fastest on team with a mile time of 5:16.02 ... also paced Valpo outdoors in the 800m run (2:18.80) and 1,500m run (4:53.24) ... named to Academic All-League team during both indoor and outdoor seasons ... earned a spot on the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll both semesters. 

2008 (Cross Country): Competed in all six races for the Crusaders as a junior ... finished among Valpo’s top five runners twice ... cut nine seconds off of previous career-best 5K time at Indiana Intercollegiates, crossing line in 20:19 ... slashed over a half-minute off of that time in Valpo’s next race at the Notre Dame Invitational, completing the 5K course as the Crusaders’ fourth-fastest runner in 19:44 ... ran at both the Horizon League Championships and the NCAA Great Lakes Regional ... earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll mention for both the fall and spring semesters ... named to ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District V women’s track and field/cross country First Team.

2008 (Track and Field): Posted Valpo season-best times indoors in the 800m run (2:23.63, at Milwaukee) and mile run (5:19.30, HL Championships) ... was the top Crusader outdoors in the 800m run (2:22.46, HL Championships) and 1,500m run (4:59.90, HL Championships) ... also ranked among Valpo’s best indoors in the 3,000m run and outdoors in the 5,000m run ... crossed the line first in the 800m run at the Ted Haydon Invitational during the outdoor campaign ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2007 and spring 2008 semesters ... earned Valpo Presidential academic honors.

2007 (Cross Country): Ran in six races for Valpo as a sophomore, contributing to the team score five times ... opened season with 40th-place showing at Crusader Invitational, the third Valpo runner across the line ... cut almost a full minute off of her career-best 5K time, running at 20:28 at both the Notre Dame Invitational and the Evansville Invitational ... competed at the Horizon League Championships ... the fourth Valpo runner across the line at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2007 and spring 2008 semesters.

2007 (Track and Field): Ran in five indoor and five outdoor meets for the Crusaders as a freshman ... earned All Mid-Con indoor honors as part of third-place distance medley relay squad ... finished third out of 12 runners in the 800m run indoors at the Boilermaker Invitational ... crossed the line second in the 800m run at the Puma Invitational, running a season-best outdoor time of 2:29.50 ... a member of the Mid-Con All-Academic team ... named to the Fall 2007 Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2006 (Cross Country): Ran five times for the Crusaders ... debuted at the Crusader Invitational, placing 47th with a time of 17:17 over 4K ... ran best 5K time at the Indiana Intercollegiates, finishing in 21:11.6 and defeating 97 runners ... posted best 6K time of the season at the Mid-Con Championships with a time of 25:51.08 ... named to the Mid-Continent Conference All-Academic Team.

Prep: Earned four letters in track and field and three letters in cross country with the Indians ... member of All-State 4x800m relay squad in 2003 ... 4x800m relay team also qualified for state meet in 2005 and 2006 ... state-qualifier in 1,600m run in 2005 ... served as a co-captain of cross country squad as a senior, earning team’s Most Dedicated and Most Valuable Runner awards ... also won Most Dedicated award and was named team’s Most Valuable Runner in 2003 ... also played one year of basketball ... a member of National Honor Society ... was class valedictorian.
