2009 (Track and Field): Placed sixth at Horizon League Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase ... versatile athlete posted season-best time in steeplechase of 11:59.15, as well as times outdoors of 5:03.26 in the 1,500m run and 1:18.73 in the 400m hurdles ... indoors, ranked as second-fastest Crusader in the 800m (2:29.83) and 3,000m (10:59.53) runs and was third-best on the team in the mile run (5:26.65).

2008 (Cross Country): Finished among Valpo’s top-five runners in each of the season’s six races, including a top-three position five times ... surpassed the 20-minute plateau in each of the five 5K races after not breaking the barrier in her first season on the team ... was the second Crusader runner across the line at the Indiana Intercollegiates, Notre Dame Invitational, Evansville Invitational and Horizon League Championships ... posted her career-best 5K at Evansville, crossing the line in 19:04.01 ... registered a top-25 finish at the league championship meet with a 24th-place showing ... finished the 8K course at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in 24:58.3.

2008 (Track and Field): Posted top Crusader time of the season outdoors in the 3,000m steeplechase of 11:58.34 (HL Championships), finishing in fourth place ... also was among Valpo’s best indoors in the mile run (5:41.00, HL Championships) and outdoors in the 1,500m run (5:11.28, HL Championships) ... member of top distance medley relay indoors ... also competed in the 800m run during indoor campaign, posting a best time of 2:32.86 (Chicagoland).

2007 (Cross Country): Competed in six races for the Crusaders ... cut almost three full minutes off of 5K time from her first race in the Valpo uniform ... posted a season-best time of 20:26.48 at the 5K distance at the Evansville Invitational ... ran as part of the Crusader squad at both the Horizon League Championships and NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2007 (Track and Field): Competed in 11 meets for Valpo during her freshman year ... recorded Crusaders’ second-longest long jump of indoor campaign at Boilermaker Invitational, leaping 15’5” ... qualified for finals of 400m hurdles at Mid-Con Outdoor Championships, finishing eighth.

Prep: Earned four letters in track and field and two letters in cross country for the Spartans ... member of Mississippi Athletic Conference track and field championship squad in 2003 and 2006 ...
