2019: Did not compete for Valpo during the indoor season.

2017: Had Valpo's best indoor shot put heave of the year on Feb. 26, a 42-6.75 that ranks fourth in Valpo history... Was second on the team in the weight throw, with her personal best coming at 47-4 on Jan. 13... Led the team in the outdoor shot put with a career-best 41-9.75 on May 7, a mark that ranks fourth in Valpo history... Also set a career watermark and led the team in the hammer throw with a 145-1 on April 22.

2016: Finished indoor competition with a toss of 38’9” in shot put…held a team second-best effort in the hammer throw (41’5 3/4")…Launched the shot put for a season-best outdoors at 34’3”…114”2” in the hammer throw event.

Prep: Three-time letter winner for the Chargers…school indoor shotput record holder with a toss of 36’10”…school indoor (33’11”) and outdoor (34’0”) JV record holder…member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter to Kim and Jerry Bonham…majors are English and secondary education.
