2022 (Track & Field): Part of the 4x400 relay that owned the team’s best time of the season in that event (4:34.66)... Participated in two indoor meets and three outdoor competitions, posting a season-best time of 2:55.87 at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open on Jan. 15.

2021 (Cross Country): Finished the 5K in 22:02.1 at the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Turned in a 26:58.1 in the 6K at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 17... Posted a 26:39.9 in her final race of the season at the Bradley Pink Classic’s 6K on Oct. 15.

2021 (Track & Field): Participated in the indoor 800-meter run and notched a season-best time of 2:51.73 on Feb. 13 at the GVSU Big Meet… Posted her best outdoor 800 time of the year on May 1 at the Valpo Invitational, clocking a 2:42.70.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Did not compete in the MVC Championship, the team’s lone race of the season.

2020 (Track & Field): Did not compete for Valpo during the 2020 indoor season.

2019 (Cross Country): Did not compete for Valpo during the 2019 season.

2019 (Track & Field): Recorded personal best and team second-best time in the indoor mile (5:34.80) on Feb. 2 at the Fred Wilt open and finished ninth… Ran her best indoor 800-meter run at the MVC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23 with a time of 2:28.22… Ran anchor in the indoor 4x400-meter relay on Jan. 25 at the GVSU Open, a squad that gave Valpo its second-best time of the season (4:25.07)…Ran her personal best in the 5000-meter run at the Polar Bear Invitational (21:10.84).

2018 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets as a freshman for the Brown & Gold…Posted her top 6K time of the year at the Bradley Pink Classic, finishing in 26:01.6…Season-best 5K result came at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, where she completed the circuit in 21:22.9.
