McPherson Career High Spurs Valpo to Victory

Brandon McPherson (Indianapolis, Ind./Lawrence North) scored 14 straight points to start a 21-0 Valparaiso run in the second half, turning a nine-point deficit into a 12-point lead as the Crusaders went on to a 78-56 victory at the Athletics-Recreation Center Thursday evening over IU-South Bend. McPherson ended the night with a career-high 25 points.
