Valparaiso University student-athletes continued to achieve at a high level in the classroom during the Fall 2023 semester.

Every Valpo program achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the fall semester. The department featured 39 student-athletes who posted a perfect 4.0 semester grade point average, while 273 achieved a semester GPA of 3.0 or above. The department compiled a 3.23 cumulative GPA.

The announcement of the semester GPAs represents the culmination of another outstanding semester of academic success for the Beacons. Valpo Athletics boasted a 93 percent Graduation Success Rate and had eight programs receive perfect scores as the NCAA released GSR data. Allie Anderson won the Missouri Valley Conference Elite 17 Award for women’s soccer, Nicole Norfolk was named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Third Team and Evan Annis was named Pioneer Football League Scholar-Athlete of the Year, among many other academic honors for Valpo student-athletes.
