Ticket Office Information

Payment Info

The Valpo Ticket Office accepts Cash, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance only and may be made payable to Valparaiso University. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Will Call Information

Ticket orders placed over the phone will be available at Will Call the day of the game, or can be picked up in advance of game day during normal ticket office hours. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off Will Call that cannot be found.

Will Call (Day of Game)

Men’s & Women's Basketball and Volleyball - Tickets may be claimed in the lobby of the ARC, across from the ticket windows, 60 minutes prior to game time.

Football - Tickets ordered through the ticket office may be claimed at the ticket windows on the south side of Brown Field beginning 60 minutes prior to kickoff. Comp tickets through player pass lists may be claimed at the northwest entrance of the ARC beginning 60 minutes prior to kickoff.

Will Call (Advance)

Will Call tickets for all Valpo sports may be picked up prior to the day of the game at the ARC Ticket Office during normal business hours.

Children/Infant Admission Policy

Children two (2) years and older must have a ticket to enter all Valpo men’s basketball games. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat. Children 10 and under are admitted free to all other Valpo Athletic events.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Valpo Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lost/Destroyed Tickets

All tickets should be treated like cash. The Valpo Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets requested at least a week prior to the event. General admission and single-game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

Refund Policy

No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.

The Athletics-Recreation Center is located at 1009 Union Street on the campus of Valparaiso University. Brown Field is located immediately north of the ARC.

Broadcasts

ESPN Valparaiso University Productions broadcasts Valpo Athletics events on The Valley on ESPN, with events available on ESPN3 or ESPN+. All basketball, football, volleyball and soccer games are produced (excepting games selected for linear television broadcast), along with select baseball and softball games.

Radio broadcasts of all Valpo football and men's basketball games can be found on the Valpo Sports Radio Network, currently airing on WVUR (95.1 FM, Valparaiso) and online at ValpoAthletics.com. Women's basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and softball games are also available (schedule permitting) on WVUR and ValpoAthletics.com. Fans can check game notes on an event-by-event basis for complete broadcast details.

Children's Tickets

Valpo Athletics does not offer a special ticket rate for children for men's basketball games. However, children 10 years old and under are admitted free to all Valpo football, volleyball, and women's basketball games. Children under 2 years old are free to men’s basketball games if they do not require their own seat.

Concessions

Concessions are offered for sale on the main and mezzanine levels of the ARC and behind the main grandstand at Brown Field. Credit cards, cash and Valpo One Cards are accepted.

Directions

From the North: Take Route 49 south towards Valparaiso. Exit onto Route 30, heading west. Go approximately three-quarters of a mile before turning right onto Linwood Avenue (corner with Industrial Revolution restaurant). Take Linwood Avenue approximately one-third of a mile until you reach the first stop sign. Take a sharp right turn onto Union Street and proceed to the next stop sign. The ARC is located at the corner of Union Street and University Park Avenue.

From the East: Drive west on Route 30. Approximately three-quarters of a mile past the intersection with Route 49, turn right onto Linwood Avenue (corner with Industrial Revolution restaurant). Take Linwood Avenue approximately one-third of a mile until you reach the first stop sign. Take a sharp right turn onto Union Street and proceed to the next stop sign. The ARC is located at the corner of Union Street and University Park Avenue.

From the South: Take I-65 north from Indianapolis. Exit onto Route 30, heading east. Drive approximately 15 miles east towards Valparaiso. Turn left into the University onto Chapel Drive South (corner with the Duesenberg Welcome Center). Follow Chapel Drive South for approximately a half mile until you reach a three-way stop at Campus Drive South, just past Guild/Memorial Halls. Turn right onto Campus Drive South, and then left onto Union Street. The ARC is located at the corner of Union Street and University Park Avenue.

From the West: Drive east on Route 30. After passing I-65 in Merrillville, continue driving approximately 15 miles east towards Valparaiso. Turn left into the University onto Chapel Drive South (corner with the Duesenberg Welcome Center). Follow Chapel Drive South for approximately a half mile until you reach a three-way stop at Campus Drive South, just past Guild/Memorial Halls. Turn right onto Campus Drive South, and then left onto Union Street. The ARC is located at the corner of Union Street and University Park Avenue.

Doors Open

The doors of the ARC and the gates of Brown Field generally open 1 hour prior to game time. If an excessively large crowd is expected, doors may open 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the game to accommodate the additional fans. Please call the ticket office at 877-MY-VU-TIX if you have a question regarding the time doors will open.

Handicap Access

Fans with disabilities may request special seating by contacting the ticket office at 877-MY-VU-TIX. Limited handicap parking is offered in the Fitness Center lot on the north side of Union Street, just to the east of the ARC main entrance. Those in wheelchairs should plan to enter the ARC through the main entrance on the southeast corner of the building. A lift is available for the convenience of patrons in wheelchairs or with other disabilities. Please contact a member of the gameday staff for assistance at the game.

Hospitality Areas

The ARC Suite is Valpo's hospitality area for men's basketball and is open for all regular season home games against Division I opponents. It opens 60 minutes prior to tip-off, and is open again at halftime.

Lost and Found

If you have lost an item at a Valpo Athletics event, please contact the Valpo Ticket Office at 219-464-5233 or the Valparaiso University Police Department at 219-464-5430.

Merchandise

Valpo merchandise can be purchased on the floor level at all men's basketball home games. The Bookstore is located immediately inside the main entrance to the arena, on the east end of the arena. Merchandise is also available at select football games near the east spectator entrance to Brown Field. The Valpo Bookstore is located in the Harre Union. Parking

Men's Basketball: Free general parking is available to fans in a number of surface lots on campus wthin walking distance of the ARC.  

Parking passes are required to park in the Gold Lot (west aisle of lot 43 on the parking map) and the ARC Lot (lot 45 on the parking map). The passes are valid for all regular season home games, including exhibitions. Contact Jake Sale, Assistant Athletic Director for Development, at Jake.Sale@valpo.edu for more information about purchasing a men's basketball parking pass.  

Football: Season parking passes are available for purchase for lot 45, adjacent to the ARC. Contact the Valpo Ticket Office at 219-464-5233 for information on purchasing football parking passes.

Paid parking per game is available in the Community Tailgate Lot, on the former hospital grounds northwest of Brown Field. Paid parking for visiting team fans is available in lot 32, north of Brown Field. 

Free general parking is available to fans in a number of additional surface lots on campus wthin walking distance of Brown Field. 

Women's Basketball and Volleyball: All parking around the ARC is free. Please obey posted signs to avoid parking tickets.

Accessible parking is always free of charge and is available on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone with a government-issued ADA placard on their vehicle. Spaces are available in the lot in front of the Fitness Center on the north side of Union Street. A few additional spaces are also located in the northwest corner of the Gold Lot.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted within any of Valparaiso University's athletic facilities.  Service animals are excluded from this policy.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the lower level of the ARC just outside the southwest and southeast doors to the arena. On the upper level, restrooms are located in the hallway behind the mezzanine seating, next to the concession stand. There are no restrooms at Brown Field. Fans are asked to enter the ARC through the east doors to use restrooms in the ARC.

Ticket Office

The ticket office is located just inside the main entrance of the ARC, at the southeast corner of the building. Office hours are 10a-4p Monday through Friday. Ticket windows open one hour prior to home events for day of game sales and Will Call pick-up. Contact the ticket office at 877-MY-VU-TIX or 219-464-5233. Will Call/Player Guests

Will call tickets may be picked up in the main lobby of the ARC beginning one hour prior to game time. For events at the ARC, player guest tickets will be located at the general will call table. The will call table is located across from the ticket windows. Please enter through the doors on the far left of the main entrance at the southeast corner of the ARC.

In order to pick up an order, the original ticket buyer must present a photo ID and may be asked to show the credit card used for the purchase. Fans may also drop off tickets at this table for members of their party arriving at a later time.

At Brown Field, will call tickets may be claimed at any of the ticket windows on the south side of the stadium. Player guests at football games may claim their tickets inside the northwest lobby of the ARC.
