Valpo women’s basketball head coach Mary Evans announced today that Dominique Doseck will serve as the program’s director of basketball operations for the 2021-22 season. Doseck assumes the DOBO role after spending the last two years as a graduate assistant.
“I am extremely excited to have Dom joining our program in a full-time role after spending the last two seasons with us as a GA,” Evans said. “She has a tremendous amount of knowledge about our style of play and will be a great resource for our team. She is an extremely bright young woman and I am looking forward to watching her grow in our profession.”
Doseck joined the Valpo program prior to the 2019-20 campaign as a graduate assistant and has helped the Brown and Gold to 29 victories in her two seasons on staff so far.
Doseck came to Valpo after wrapping up a four-year playing career at the University of Ohio. A three-time Academic All-MAC honoree, Doseck averaged 10 points/game as a senior and ranked second in the conference in 3-point percentage. Doseck played under Evans’ tutelage for her first three seasons, as Evans was on staff at Ohio as an assistant coach prior to taking charge of the Valpo program.
