Angie (Porché) Rundh is the most decorated student-athlete to ever play for the Valpo volleyball program.
Rundh ranks as the Crusaders’ all-time leader by far in kills (2,046) and attacks (5,171), and also is among Valpo’s all-time top-10 in service aces and hitting percentage. The program's first ever All-American, she twice received Honorable Mention All-American accolades from the American Volleyball Coaches Association and was also a two-time All-Midwest Region honoree.
A four-time All-League recipient, Rundh was named the Freshman of the Year in the Mid-Continent Conference in 2006 before the Crusaders’ move to the Horizon League. She earned Horizon League Player of the Year accolades in 2008 as a junior.
During her four-year career, Rundh helped lead the Crusaders to 91 victories on the court.
Also a success in the classroom, Rundh was twice named an Academic All-District honoree and was a Third Team Academic All-American as a senior. Rundh was a national finalist for the 2009 Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award as well.
A 2010 graduate of Valparaiso University, Rundh is currently a stay-at-home mother.
