2013: Ranked fourth on the team indoors in the weight throw (45'7") ... finished in eighth position in the event at the HL Indoor Championships ... concluded outdoor campaign third among Crusaders in both the hammer throw (145'10") and the discus throw (137'11") ... placed seventh in the discus at the HL Outdoor Championships.
