2017-18: One of the Crusaders' top freestyle sprinters as a sophomore ... ranked second on the team in the 50 free (22.42) ... finished the season third on the team in both the 100 free (48.03) and the 200 free (1:46.82), as well as the 200 back (2:00.44).

2016-17: During his rookie campaign, Spenser added depth to the freestyle and backstroke races. In the 50-free, he went a 22.78, he swam a 48.96 in the 100-free, and put up a time of 1:47.56 in the 200-free. His top time in the 100-breast was a 1:05.44, and a 2:03.49 in the 200-back, both of which were fourth-best on the team. At the Horizon League Championships, Spenser anchored the 200-free relay that went 1:26.60, which is now ninth-best all-time in Valpo history.

Prep: Three-time letter winner for the Slicers…200 freestyle relay record holder…MAKO swim team, Club Team and State Team for three seasons…received engineering, academic and technical degrees.
