2008 (Track and Field): Did not run during indoor season for the Crusaders ... posted Valpo’s third-fastest time of outdoor campaign in 10,000m run (36:45.62, HL Championships) ... also competed outdoors in the 1,500m run (4:40.87, Miami Invitational) and 5,000m run (16:53.47, Butler Twilight).

2007 (Cross Country): Competed five times for Crusaders as a sophomore ... lowered career-best 8K time at Boston College Open, completing race in 28:55 ... slashed another 40 seconds off of 8K time at Evansville Invitational, crossing the line in 28:14.52 ... ran for Valpo at the Horizon League Championships.

2007 (Track and Field): Ran at eight meets for the Crusaders ... ran season-best times of 9:44.66 in the 3,000m run and 17:00.22 in the 5,000m run indoors ... posted third-fastest 10,000m outdoors run by a Crusader in 2007 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, finishing race in 34:44.17 ... ran a 16:47.66 in the 5,000m run at the Mike Poehlein Invitational.

2006 (Cross Country): Took part in four races for Valpo during his freshman campaign ... opened career at Sunset Hills Farm with a time of 21:50 in the Crusader Invitational ... ran sub-30 minutes twice in three races over eight kilometers, including a season-best time of 29:14.24 at the Evansville Invitational ... received Mid-Con All-Academic Team honors.
