2009 (Track and Field): One of the Crusaders’ fastest distance runners as a sophomore ... posted team-best time outdoors in the 10,000m run (33:05.28) ... also ranked third on team outdoors in both the 1,500m (4:08.28) and 5,000m (16:11.38) runs ... second-fastest runner on team indoors in the 5,000m run (15:57.22) ... also posted top times indoors of 9:07.04 in the 3,000m run (third-fastest on team) and 4:45.09 in the mile run ... named to Horizon League Academic Honor Roll both semesters.

2008 (Cross Country): Ran for the Crusaders at all six races as a sophomore, finishing among Valpo’s top-five on five occasions ... earned top-20 individual finish at season-opening Crusader Open ... ranked among Valpo’s top runners at both the Indiana Intercollegiates and the Notre Dame Invitational ... lowered career-best 8K time to 26:21.57 at the Evansville Invitational ... was the third Crusader runner across the line at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, completing the 10K course in 35:35.5 ... earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll recognition for both the fall and spring semesters.

2008 (Track and Field): Ranked as Crusaders’ fastest runner in the long-distance races as a freshman, posting Valpo’s best time indoors in the 5,000m run (15:58.59, HL Championships) and outdoors in the 10,000m run (33:36.87, HL Championships) ... also among Valpo’s top runners indoors in the 3,000m run (9:01.27, HL Championships) and outdoors in the 5,000m run (16:10.35, Ted Haydon Invitational).

2007 (Cross Country): Ran six races for Valpo during freshman year, contributing to Crusaders’ team score on two occasions ... kicked off career with 25th-place finish at Crusader Invitational, finishing sixth among Valpo runners ... lowered 8K time by better than a minute over course of the season ... ran his season-best 8K at the Evansville Invitational, covering course in 26:33.84 for a 27th-place showing ... third-highest finishing Crusader at Evansville ... also scored for Valpo at Horizon League Championships, finishing in 36th place with a time of 27:42.3 ... one of seven Crusader runners to compete at NCAA Great Lakes Regional.
