2017 (Cross Country): A strong force for the Valpo team in his junior season ... Began the year with a second-place finish for the squad at the Crusader Open ... Ended first for Valpo at the Notre Dame Invitational (26:50.10) ... Had a time of 35:15.80 at the NCAA Regionals ... Received a result of 27:45.44 at the MVC Championships.

2017 (Track): Led the way in the indoor 800m run for the Crusaders, with his season-best time of 1:56.40 coming on Feb. 26 ... That 800m run time is fourth in program history ... Ranked second on the team in the indoor one mile run, going 4:22.23 on Feb. 4 ... Member of the distance medley relay team that won a Horizon League title by going 10:06.59 on Feb. 26, the second-best time in program history in that event ... Completed the outdoor 800m run in 1:57.16 on April 15 ... Ranked second on the team in the outdoor 1,500m run as well, going 3:45.86 on April 15. 

2016 (Track): Turned in Valpo's top indoor 800m run time at 1:58.29 ... Second on the team in the indoor one mile run at 4:17.76 ... Part of the distance medley relay team that set the indoor school record by going 10:06.45 on Feb. 28. 

2015 (Track): Competed in the mid-distance events for Valpo ... had the top-indoor time of 1:25.68 in the 600m race ... a 2:00.66 in the 800m run ... a 4:41.66 in the mile ... member of the distance medley (10:30.89) and top 4x400m (3:24.34) relays ... during outdoor season, ran in the 800m (2:00.53) and 1,500m (4:21.05) races ... one of the legs in the 4x400m relay (3:29.38).

2015 (Cross Country): Ran in all six meets for the Crusaders in his first year on the cross country squad ... contributed to the Valpo team score at Bradley, ranking fourth among Valpo runners with his season-best 8K time of 26:40.1 ... opened season with time of 21:25.7 over 6K at Crusader Open.

Prep: A four year letter winner for the Knights ... two time indoor 4x800m relay champion ... 2014 outdoor 4x800m relay champion ... 2014 conference champion in the 800m ... 2014 state qualifer in the 4x800m relay ... two time SWSC All-Conference ... two time All-Regional ... three time IHSA State Meet Qualifier ... also lettered in cross country.
