2011: Competed in the shot put and weight throw during the indoor season … also threw hammer and javelin in addition to shot put and weight throw during outdoor competition … finished fifth with a distance of 45’11 ¼” in the shot put and seventh with a distance of 48’11 ½” in the weight throw at the Horizon League Indoor Championship … performed at the Stan Lyon Invitational in the shot put (42’11”), hammer throw (141’4”), and javelin (147’7”) … paced Valpo at the 2012 Chicagoland Championships in the discus throw with a distance of 121’4”.

2010: Competed in shot put and weight throw during indoor season … also threw discus and hammer along with shot put during outdoor campaign … led Valpo in shot put during indoor (44’8¼”) and outdoor seasons (42’3¼”) … second-best thrower on the team indoors in the weight throw, recording a toss of 42’10¼” at the Horizon League Indoor Championships to earn tenth place… ranked among Valpo’s top throwers in the hammer at the Aquinas Open, finishing with a season-high 139’10” … posted a career-best 135’5” in the discus for an eighth place finish at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Warriors ... won regional and sectional titles in the shot put in 2008 ... qualified for state meet as a sophomore and as a junior ... won conference championship in the shot put indoors as a senior and outdoors as a sophomore and as a senior ... posted PRs of 53’7" in the shot put and 142’0" in the discus ... also earned four letters in wrestling and two letters in football ... a two-time regional and conference champion on the mat ... named conference MVP on the mat as a senior ... twice qualified for state wrestling meet ... holds Warriors’ all-time pins record ... a two-time All-Conference and All-Area selection on the gridiron.
