Jake Puckett joined the Valpo Athletics staff in July 2021 as a Sports Performance Assistant.

Puckett previously served as a strength and conditioning intern with the Iowa State University football program from August 2017 to April 2021. He also gained experience as a Performance Intern with Athletic Republic from January to May 2017.

Puckett is certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American Red Cross (First Aid, CPR and AED). He graduated from Iowa State with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and health in May 2020.
