Crusader Squads Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Recognition
Both the Valparaiso men's and women's cross country teams have been awarded U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors for the 2008 season, as announced today by the USTFCCCA.

Four Crusaders Earn Academic All-League Recognition
Lindsey Gilman (South Bend, Ind./Marian), Laura Rolf (Rochester, Mich./Lutheran Northwest) and Caitlin Sauerhage (Rising Sun, Ind./Rising Sun [Indiana]) were all named to the 11-athlete Horizon League Academic All-League squad for women's cross country, while Chris Honig (Glen Ellyn, Ill./Glenbard South [Indiana]) received the same recognition on the men's side.

Crusaders Announce 2008 Cross Country Slate
The Valparaiso men's and women's cross country teams will compete four times, including once over their home course at Sunset Hills Farm Park, before heading to the Horizon League Championships as head coach Mike Straubel released the teams' schedules today.
