2020: Competed in two meets for Valpo during the indoor season… Ran her fastest 60-meter dash of 8.74 and her fastest 200-meter dash of 28.49 on Feb. 29-March 1 at the MVC Indoor Championships.

2019: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, running her best 200-meter dash (28.83) at the GVSU Tune-Up on Feb. 15… Recorded her best 60-meter dash time (8.64) on Feb. 23 at the MVC Indoor Championships, where she also ran 29.00 in the 200-meter run… Ran the 100 (13.85) and 200 (28.36) meter dashes at the MVC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2018: Recorded a time of 28.06 in the indoor 200 meter dash on Feb. 16 at the Grand Valley State Tune Up…  At the MVC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24, recorded a time of 8.48 in the 60 meter dash, which gave her a spot as the team’s second-best time… A part of the team’s third-best indoor 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:36.19… At the Gibson Invitational on April 7 recorded the team’s second best with a time of 13.40…. In the 200m dash on April 28 at the Crusader Invite, turned in the team’s best of 27.92. 

2017: Turned in a season-best indoor 200m dash performance on Feb. 4 by going 28.78... Had her top indoor 400m dash on Jan. 28 at 1:06.31... Personal best in the outdoor 200m dash came on April 22, a 27.40... Acheived a 1:05.79 in the 400m dash on March 18.

Prep: Two-year letter winner for the Stagg…2014 most valuable runner award…broke the JV 4x100m relay record in 2013 with a time of 52.43.

Personal: Daughter of Rebecca and Terrence Houlihan…major is biology.
