2018: Played in three games during the season and made two starts… Saw action vs. ORU (Oct. 1), at Eastern Illinois (Oct. 10) and vs. Drake (Nov. 3).  

2017: Played in 12 games and made four starts as a redshirt sophomore.

2016: Appeared in eight matches as a redshirt freshman for the Crusaders... Made his collegiate debut on Aug. 29 at Korte Stadium in Edwardsville, Ill., playing four minutes in a scoreless draw with SIUE. 

2015: Did not see any action in his first season at Valpo ... maintained four seasons of eligibility.

Prep: Played one year of high school soccer … played for the Indiana Fire Academy from U15 through U18, making the Winter Showcase and the academy playoffs each year… previously played for Carmel United SC, winning four state titles.

Personal: John is the son of Paul and Lisa Doss … Member of physician assistant program.
