2020 (Track & Field): Started the year with the program record in the indoor 800 — a time of 1:52.93 — during a first-place finish at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic on Jan. 17… Also at the Bill Clinger Classic, set the program record in the indoor mile at 4:08.97, another first-place finish…  Finished ninth in the mile at the Meyo Invitational, hosted by Notre Dame… On Feb. 15, competed in the mile and 3000 at Boston University’s David Hemery Valentine Invitational. His time of 4:05.75 in the mile broke his own program record, and his 8:20.01 in the 3000 ranked second all-time for the Brown & Gold… Finished eighth in the 3000 at the MVC Indoor Championships on March 1. Finished the indoor season with Valpo’s first conference title since joining the MVC when his 4:17.59 mile at the MVC Indoor Championships led him to a first-place finish.

2019 (Cross Country): Led the Brown and Gold in each meet he competed in during the 2019 season... Had his career-best five-mile time at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite on Oct. 4 with a time of 25:08.53… Recorded the team’s best 8K at Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 18, finishing at 24:45.2 and in 13th place. Earned all-conference honors at the MVC Championship — which Valpo hosted on Nov. 2 — when he finished in eighth place with a time of 25:17.8... Ran the program’s second-fastest 10K time ever (31:56.2) at NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 15; the time was two seconds behind Bruno’s program record set in 2018… Was named to MVC Scholar-Athlete team for the second consecutive year. 

2019 (Track): Did not compete for Valpo during the 2019 track and field season. 

2018 (Cross Country): Featured in every meet for Valpo during the 2018 season…Enjoyed one of the most successful individual seasons in Valpo cross country history, setting program records in both the 8K at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships (24:23.4) and the 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (31:54.4)…Led the team in all six meets... Turned in a fifth-place overall finish at the Bradley Intercollegiate and a seventh-place overall finish at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships... Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team and received all-conference honors. 

2018 (Track):  On Feb. 3, he took down a 40-year-old school record in the mile with a time of 4:12:23. This beat his own time that he ran at the Horizon League Indoor Championships on Feb. 26 2017, with a 4:19.28… He climbed higher in the record books at the outdoor Texas Relays on March 29, where he ran a time of 3:52:11 in the 1500 meter run. This was the team’s best 1500 time in the outdoor season…Placed fifth at the 5000 meter run at the Bobcat Invitational on March 30 with a time of 14:55.28…Received MVC Scholar-Athlete honors for the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2017 (Cross Country): Did not compete for Valparaiso, received a medical redshirt. 

2017 (Track): Turned in an indoor season-best time of 2:01.79 in the 800m run on Feb. 11 at the Chicagoland Championships... Had the best one mile run time by any Crusader during the indoor campaign with a 4:19.28 at the Horizon League Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Was part of the distance medley relay team that won a Horizon League title with a time of 10:06.59, the second-fastest time in Crusader history... Had Valpo's best outdoor time in the 800m run at 1:55.08, the fifth-fastest time in the event in program history, achieved on April 1 at the EIU Big Blue Classic... Also had Valpo's best time of the season in the 1,500m run on April 1 at the EIU Big Blue Classic, a 3:55.30... His performances in the 800m run and 1,500m run on April 1 both marked career bests... Had a season-best 15:02.10 in the 5,000m run on April 15 at the Benedictine University Relays... One of a league-most eight Crusaders named to the Horizon League all-academic team. 

2016 (Cross Country): Ran in six races…paced the way for Valpo at the University of San Diego Invite with a time of 26:26.0 in the 8K…finished second on the team at the NCAA Regional meet (34:02.8).

2016 (Track): Part of the record-breaking indoor distance medley relay team (10:06.45) that broke a record that stood since 2001…held the third-fastest time in the one-mile race (4:20.51)…garnered the Crusaders’ best time in 800m outdoor race (2:02.67) and in the 1,500m event (4:05.80).

2015 (Cross Country): Ran in four races for the Crusaders as a rookie, placing among Valpo's top-five runners on all four outings ... opened career with a 16th place finish at the Crusader Open, covering the 6K course in 20:41.8 ... posted time of 27:46.9 over 8K at Cedarville before leading the Crusaders in their next race, pacing the Valpo pack with a time of 26:35.4 over five miles at Notre Dame ... ranked fourth among Crusader runners at the Horizon League Championship, recording an 8K time of 27:11.45.
