2018 (Track): Started the indoor season off strong with a 5:02:90 time in the mile on Jan. 20 at the Fort Wayne Duals…Had a season best in the 800 meter run on April 7 at the Gibson Invitational with a time of 2:08.55…Ran an outdoor best on April 24 with a time of 4:31.94 in Chicago at the DePaul Invitational.

2018 (Track): Opened the outdoor season with a season-best vault of 14-5.25 on March 10, which placed him fourth at the McNeese Cowboy Relays…On April 21, finished tied for fourth with a vault of 14-7½, which moved him into fifth all-time...Had season best in the javelin throw on April 28 at the Crusader Invite.

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in two races for the Crusaders ... Tallied a time of 21:47.20 in the Crusader Open ... Ran a 30:16.00 at the Notre Dame Invitational.

2017 (Track): Turned in a season-best time of 2:14.55 in the indoor 800m run on Feb. 4 at the Meyo Invitational ... Had his best outdoor time of the year on April 8 at the DePauw Invitational, finishing in 2:11.10. 

2016 (Cross Country): Ran in one race during his junior season ... Competed at the Gil Dodds Invitational 8K (30:49.5).

Prep: Did not compete in cross country ... earned two letters in track and field.

Personal: Son of Marcella Cornwell ... major is sociology and criminology.
