Redshirt sophomore running back Ryan Mann (Vernon Hills, Ill. / Vernon Hills (Northern Illinois) has been tabbed the team’s Offensive Player of the Week, while redshirt junior defensive lineman Sam Hafner (Green Bay, Wis. / De Pere) earned the team’s Defensive Player of the Week nod and freshman Mark Johnson (Nashville, Tenn. / Lipscomb Academy) received the honor on special teams. The team also recognized Mann with this week’s Hammer Hit.

The Beacons have revealed the following Scout Team Players of the Week as well – redshirt freshman Matt Martin (San Diego, Calif. / Mission Hills) on offense, freshman James Langen (Lowell, Ind. / Lowell) on defense and redshirt freshman Alex Goworowski (Chicago, Ill. / Saint Patrick) on special teams.

Mann had a career-high 102 rushing yards on 12 carries and found the end zone twice against the Eagles – once through the air and once on the ground.
