The Valparaiso University men's basketball staff will conduct four boys summer basketball camps at the Athletics-Recreation Center. Valpo head coach Homer Drew, who guided the Crusaders to their 9th Mid-Continent Conference regular season title and 8th tournament title in the last 10 years, will conduct the camps along with his coaching staff.

The following camps will be offered:

Mini Camp - Mon.-Thurs., June 21-24, 9-11:30 a.m., ages 5-7. Cost is $95 person. Each camper receives a camp T-Shirt and basketball.

Basketball School - Mon.-Thurs., June 21-24, 9 a.m.-noon, ages 8-14. Cost is $130 per person. Each camper receives a camp T-Shirt and basketball.

Basketball School - Tues.-Sat., July 6-10, 9 a.m.-noon, ages 8-14. Cost is $130 per person. Each camper receives a camp T-Shirt and basketball.

Basketball Academy - Mon.-Thurs., August 2-5, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., ages 8-14. Cost is $225 per person. Each camper receives a camp T-Shirt and basketball.

Von Tobel Lumber is sponsoring single parent scholarships for the basketball schools and academy. The scholarship covers the entire $130 for the basketball school and the entire $225 academy fee. Applications are available for all single parent children and only a limited number of scholarships are available.
