The Valparaiso University men’s basketball program has announced that Sunday’s scheduled game against Trinity International has been canceled. The Trojans have delayed their season until late December.

Valpo’s season opener at Vanderbilt remains on schedule for Friday at 6 p.m. CT in Nashville, Tenn. The game will be televised nationally on the SEC Network and broadcast on WVUR 95.1 FM Valparaiso and the TuneIn Radio app. Links to live coverage are available on ValpoAthletics.com.

Valpo is looking to add an additional home nonconference game later in the season to replace Sunday’s scheduled matchup. The team will now open the home portion of the season on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 1 p.m. against Judson at the Athletics-Recreation Center.
