2011-12: Sat out first semester due to NCAA transfer regulations ... debuted Dec. 17 against Oakland ... eventually played in 20 games, starting each of the Crusaders’ last 16 contests ... averaged 4.5 points and 3.2 rebounds per game ... shot over 80% from the free throw line ... scored seven points in his Valpo debut against the Grizzlies ... tallied six points each in games at IUPUI (Dec. 23) and versus Green Bay (Dec. 31) ... pulled down season-best eight rebounds in win over Youngstown State (Jan. 13) ... registered first double-digit scoring game at Loyola (Jan. 19), shooting 5-of-6 from floor ... hit all three of his 3-point attempts against the Ramblers ... posted season-high 17 points to go with seven rebounds at Green Bay (Jan. 26) ... was a perfect 5-for-5 from behind the arc and 6-for-7 overall ... tallied eight points and six rebounds at Milwaukee (Jan. 28) ... pulled down six rebounds against Wright State (Feb. 4) and at Loyola Marymount (Feb. 17) ... scored 11 points, including hitting all seven of his free throw attempts, in regular season finale win over Butler (Feb. 24) ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll ... member of the NABC Honors Court.
Virginia Tech: Appeared in 25 games off the bench for the Hokies as a freshman ... played in four games last season before transferring at the semester break … totaled 61 points and 35 rebounds for Virginia Tech … an ACC All-Academic Team selection.
Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Titans ... ranked as high as the No. 26 shooting guard nationally in his class by ESPN.com ... First Team All-State, All-Region and All-District selection as a sophomore and a junior ... also named Metro Player of the Year and Roanoke Times Timesland Player of the Year in 2008 as a junior ... missed senior season due to injury … ended career as a 1,000-point scorer … played AAU basketball for East Coast Fusion.
