Valparaiso track and field head coach Ryan Moore and the Crusaders will be hosting a Hammer Skills and Drills one-day clinic on Friday, August 19 for youths in grades 7-12.

The clinic is specifically designed for beginning to intermediate throwers looking to learn the basics of hammer throwing, but is open to any skill level thrower.  The clinic will run from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on the 19th, and costs $50.  For more information or to register, contact Coach Moore at 219-464-6118 or Ryan.Moore@valpo.edu.
