The Valparaiso University men’s and women’s track and field programs have revealed the 2024 outdoor schedule, which will commence after the indoor slate wraps up with the Beacons cohosting the Missouri Valley Conference Championships on Feb. 25-26 at Gately Park in Chicago.

The outdoor docket starts with select individuals making their way to the Raleigh Relays, hosted by NC State in Raleigh, N.C. on March 28-30. Valpo will travel to Carbondale, Ill. for the first outdoor meet featuring the full squad on April 5-6 as Southern Illinois hosts the Bill Cornell Classic.

A trip to Louisville is in the cards for the second straight year as Valpo heads to the Jim Freeman Louisville Invitational on April 12-13 in Louisville, Ky. That will be followed by a return trip to Indiana State’s Gibson Invitational on April 18-20 in Terre Haute.

The final tune-up prior to the league championships will occur on April 27 as Valpo partakes in a meet hosted by Grand Valley State in Allendale, Mich. The MVC Outdoor Championships will take place from May 10-12 and will be hosted by Indiana State in Terre Haute. Both the indoor and outdoor championships feature live coverage on ESPN+.
