POSITION Assistant Coach

Tom Litscher joined the Valparaiso men’s tennis coaching staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2010 after playing for the Brown and Gold for four seasons and moved over to the women's team prior to the 2012-2013 season.

As a player, Litscher had his best season as a senior, when he won nine singles matches, including one at number one singles.  He mainly played at two singles as a junior and at the fourth spot during his senior campaign.

Litscher won 24 singles matches in his career and 25 doubles contests, including 11 during his sophomore year.  As a junior, he teamed with Alex Lau for a number one doubles victory over Michigan State.

Litscher is a 2010 graduate of Valparaiso where he received his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
