2009 (Track and Field): Did not compete during indoor season ... one of Crusaders’ top middle-distance runners during outdoor season, registering a top time of 2:01.46 in the 800m run, second-best on the team ... also fourth-fastest in the 1,500m run, posting a top time of 4:14.69 ... ran anchor leg of 4x400m relay squad at league championship meet that ran a season-best 3:31.68.

2008 (Cross Country): Competed five times for Valpo, placing among the Crusaders’ top five runners on two occasions ... broke previous career best 8K time at the Notre Dame Invitational, crossing the line in 27:37 ... lowered time another 14 seconds at the Horizon League Championships, where he was the third Crusader runner to finish ... ran for the first time at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, posting a 10K time of 35:42.3, fourth-fastest among Valpo runners.

2008 (Track and Field): Ranked as the second-fastest Crusader during indoor campaign in the 800m run (2:02.17, Phoenix Invitational) ... also competed indoors in the mile run (4:35.92, HL Championships) ... did not run for Valpo during the outdoor season.

2007 (Cross Country): Did not run cross country for the Crusaders.

2007 (Track and Field): Ran in 10 meets for Valpo as a sophomore ... part of third-fastest 4x800m relay squad outdoors in school history ... ran an indoor season-best time of 2:02.01 in the 800m run at the Akron Open ... finished third in the same event at the Boilermaker Invitational ... posted season-best outdoor 800m run time of 1:59.32 at Mid-Con Championship.

2006 (Cross Country): Competed in five races as a sophomore for Valpo ... set new career best in 8K in the open race at the Notre Dame Invitational, covering the course in 28:46 ... cut another minute off of 8K time next time out at Evansville Invitational, crossing the line in 27:44.01 ... one of eight runners to represent Crusaders at Mid-Con Championships.

2006 (Track and Field): Recorded a team-best time of 1:58.55 in the 800m run during the outdoor season ... also posted time of 4:33.0 in the 1,500m run ... ran the 800m run in 2:05.52 and the mile run in 4:51.32 indoors ... also part of the Crusader 4x400m relay team that registered a time of 3:36.58.

2005 (Cross Country): Ran three times as a freshman ... lowered his time in each race ... finished season-opening Crusader Invitational 8K in 29:58 ... was second fastest Valpo finisher at Loyola (Chicago) Lakefront Invitational, completing the 8K course in 29:43 ... ran fastest 8K of season at Evansville Invitational, finishing 55th with a time of 29:09.5.

Prep: Earned four letters in both cross country and track and field for the Eagles ... led cross country team to Semi-State as a junior and senior ... also helped Columbia City reach regionals four straight years ... earned team’s Mental Attitude Award in 2004 ... picked up Most Improved Runner award as a sophomore and junior ... member of state-qualifying 4x400m relay team on the track as a senior ... regional qualifier in the 800m run as a senior ... named Most Improved as a senior.
