The Valpo women’s basketball program invites all of Northwest Indiana to come to the ARC Saturday afternoon, Dec. 9 at 1 p.m. as the Beacons take on Chicago State and enjoy all the festivities as part of the Region’s biggest Christmas party!

The ARC will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland full of Christmas crafts, decorations and activities. The first 500 fans through the doors will receive a free Christmas lights headband and prizes will be awarded for the best holiday outfits.

Make sure to bring a stuffed animal with you for Toys for Tots so you can be a part of Valpo’s first-ever Teddy Bear Toss at halftime. Best of all, the big man himself will be in attendance — Santa Claus will be at the ARC, and will be posing for free pictures!

The program will also be hosting its second annual Youth Basketball Clinic & Pizza Party on Friday, Dec. 15 from 5-8 p.m. The clinic is open to boys and girls in grades K-5. The cost is either a toy donation for Toys for Tots (preferred) or $10.
