2011 (Track and Field): Competed in distance during the indoor and outdoor seasons … finished with a time of 5:14.08 in the one mile run at the GVSU Big Meet during the indoor season … posted a 2:30.04 time in the 800 meter run … ran a 11:03.78 3,000 meter run … recorded a time of 11:44.69 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship … finished with a 4:59.29 time in the 1,500 meter run during outdoor competition.

2010 (Cross Country): Ran in all six races in her first season with the Crusaders … ran among Valpo’s top-five runners in all five races with team scores … debuted with a 20^th-place finish at the Crusader Open … led Valpo at the Evansville Invitational with a 14^th-place finish … ran a season-best 5K time of 19:09.71 at Evansville … also scored for the Crusaders at the Horizon League Championship and the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner in track and field for the Warriors … member of conference championship squad in 2010 … an All-Conference honoree each of her final two seasons in the 800m and 1,600m runs, as well as the 4x400m relay … also earned two letters in volleyball and basketball … member of conference championship volleyball teams in 2009 and 2010, the latter of which was state runner-up … played for district champion basketball teams in 2009 and 2010 … All-Academic honoree in all three spots … member of National Honor Society.
