2005 (Cross Country): Ran in five races for the Crusaders ... named to Academic All-Conference Team and Mid-Con Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence ... was fifth-highest Valpo finisher at Crusader Invitational, checking in 34th in 24:58 ... season-best 5K came at Notre Dame Invitational, finishing in 19:51 ... finished 6K Mid-Con Championships in season-best time of 24:26.8.

2004 (Cross Country): Competed five times as a freshman ... had career-best finish at Crusader Invitational, running career-best 6K time of 24:17 ... ran career-best 5K at Evansville Invitational, covering course in 19:14.1.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Redwings ... led Benet to three straight Sectional Championships ... earned All-East Suburban Catholic Conference honors as a senior ... team finished 12th at Illinois State Championship in 2001, 5th in 2002 and 8th in 2003 ... was a three-time All-Conference performer in track 3200m, winning conference title twice ... a member of National Honor Society.
