Nick Strzelecki joins the Valparaiso University sidelines as a student assistant in 2011 after his Crusader playing career was cut short due to injury.  He will assist the coaching staff with the offensive line.

While battling injuries throughout his three-year career with the Crusaders, Strzelecki was named to the Pioneer Football League Fall Academic Honor Roll each season, and has earned Valparaiso University Student-Athlete Presidential Academic honors twice.

A physical education major, Strzelecki is slated to graduate from Valparaiso in May, 2012.
