2023 (Cross Country): Started his collegiate career by finishing third on the team at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 1 with a time of 18:53.5 in the 6K... Ran a 25:46.4 in his first collegiate 8K at the Redbird Invite on Sept. 15... Posted a time of 25:57.3 in the five-mile race at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invitational on Sept. 29... Finished the 8K in 26:15.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic... Posted an 8K time of 25:59.3 in his first MVC Championship on Oct. 27... Closed his rookie campaign with a 32:59.9 in the 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 10.

Prep: In cross country, 2020 and 2022 Fox Valley All-Conference… Team conference champions in 2020… Three-time IHSA All-Regionals (2020, 2021, 2022; 2020 team champions), three-time IHSA All-Sectionals (2020, 2021, 2022; 2020 team champions) and three-time IHSA state qualifier (2020, 2021, 2022)… In track & field, was a four-time all-conference honoree (2020-2023), three-time all-sectional performer (2021-2023) and two-time state qualifier (2021, 2023)… Also played soccer… IHSA Academic All-State Honorable Mention… National Honor Society President… Illinois state scholar… AP Scholar with distinction… Academic All-Conference… Named Homecoming King… Was a student section leader… Performed the harmonica in Piano Man for the Mr. CLC show.
