Crusaders’ Finale at Troy Rained Out

The Valparaiso University softball team saw its opening weekend of play bookended by rain, as after sitting through a rain delay before the season opener Friday, the Crusaders’ finale at the Troy Classic versus SIUE was rained out.

The cancelation means the Crusaders will return to Valpo with a 2-2 record under their belts as they prepare to take the field again next weekend at Charleston Southern.
