The #15 Valparaiso bowling team dropped three matches on the final day of the Music City Classic in Smyrna, Tenn. on Sunday.

Valpo kicked off the day, contested in the best-of-seven baker format, against #17 New Jersey City, but fell in four straight games, three of those losses coming by fewer than 15 pins. The Crusaders then almost rallied from three games down against #18 St. Francis (N.Y.), winning games four through six to even the match at three games apiece, but fell in the finale, 205-175. A 4-2 loss to #RV Alabama State in the finale ended the Crusaders' season at 60-67.
