2010 (Cross country): Competed in five meets during sophomore season for the Crusaders ... finished 23rd at Crusader Open, crossing line less than four seconds outside of Valpo's top-five ... lowered career-best 8K time by over a minute, completing the Evansville Invitational in 28:41.36 ... posted an 8K time of 29:00.39 at the Horizon League Championships ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2009 (Cross country): Ran in four races for Valpo as a freshman ... debuted at the Crusader Open with a time of 22:37 over 6K ... posted a season-best 8K time of 30:00 at the Bradley Classic.
