Clocked a five-mile time of 28:35.4 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 30... Completed the 8K in 26:28.7 on Oct. 14 at the Bradley Pink Classic... Had a time of 27:20.9 in the 8K at the MVC Championship on Oct. 28... Finished the season with a mark of 33:48.8 in the 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 11.

2022 (Track & Field): Turned in a personal best in the 5,000 on April 9 at the Illini Classic, finishing the race in 16:01.16... Clocked a PR of 4:26.91 in the 1,500 on April 30 at the Valpo Invite... Ran the 10,000 at the MVC Outdoor Championship and finished in a personal-record time of 33:47.60... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors in addition to achieving the Dean’s Award for the College of Business.

2021 (Cross Country): Clocked a 20:02.4 at the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Finished the 8K in 27:34.4 at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 17... Turned in a five-mile time of 28:37.6 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1... Posted a 27:01.4 in the Bradley Pink Classic’s 8K on Oct. 15... Competed in the MVC Championship on Oct. 29 and finished the 8K in 27:52.9... Finished the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10K in 35:44 on Nov. 12.

2021 (Track & Field): Ran a 9:24.10 in the indoor 3000 at the Feb. 13 GVSU Big Meet… Turned in a 16:24.32 in the indoor 5000 on Jan. 29 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic… Finished in 16:41.66 in the outdoor 5000 on May 1 at the Valpo Invitational… Earned MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award, MVC Academic Honor Roll and Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Raced in the MVC Championship on March 3 and turned in a time of 29:23.9.

2020 (Track): Began his freshman campaign at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic on Jan. 17, where he recorded a time of 9:29.74 in the 3000-meter run… Ran his season-best 5000 on Jan. 24 at Indiana State’s John Gartland Invitational, coming across in fourth place with a time of 16:19.87… Ran his fastest 3000 on Feb. 15 at the GVSU Big Meet, a time of 9:18.96… Recorded a time of 9:32.84 at the MVC Indoor Championships on March 1 at UNI.

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets for the Brown and Gold, setting a new PR each time out… Ran 21:03.7 in the 6K at Valpo’s Crusader Open on Sept. 6… Ran the 5-mile race at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite on Oct. 14 with a time of 28:08.78… Recorded his best 8K time on Oct. 18 at Bradley’s Pink Classic, finishing third on the team with a time of 27:45.5.
