Valparaiso University head baseball coach Paul Twenge announced that John Giusti III of Coventry, R.I./HS has signed a national letter of intent to attend VU and play baseball.

A four-year starter at shortstop, Giusti earned all-state honors as a junior. Giusti was also a Class A All-Star selection in his first three years and earned all-division honors twice. A three-sport athlete, Giusti was an all-state football player and an all-division wrestler.
