A fixture between the posts for four seasons at Valpo, Aaron Rhame continually stopped shot after shot for the Crusaders.

The school record-holder with 577 career saves, the three-time First Team All Mid-Continent Conference selection ranks third in NCAA history for career stops. His 8.13 stops per game are tenth best all-time in Division I.

An integral part of Valpo's 1998 Mid-Con regular season title, Rhame also guided the Brown and Gold to the West Division crown as a junior. As a sophomore, he was between the posts as the Crusaders won their only Mid-Continent Conference Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Play-in contest. Rhame shares the school record for career goals against average at 2.05 and ranks second all-time in school history with 12 shutouts.

A two-time team co-captain, he posted single season marks that rank among the top-ten in goals against average each year.
