2019: Played in eight games on Valpo’s offensive line… Member of PFL Honor Roll.

2018: Appeared in one game, Nov. 10 vs. Jacksonville… Member of the PFL Honor Roll.

2017: Saw action in two games… Made his collegiate debut on Oct. 14 vs. Marist before also playing in the Oct. 28 win over Morehead State.

2016: Did not see action in his first year on campus... Retained four seasons of eligibility. 

Prep: A three-year letter winner for the Thunderbolts ... an All-Conference honoree as a senior after missing half of his junior season with three broken bones in his foot... received Scholar-Athlete Award each year ... also earned two letters in track and field and one letter in basketball ... member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Jim and Cathy Zajac ... Majoring in finance with a minor in business analytics … Interned at Applied Systems during the 2019 summer and has worked in the athletic ticket office at Valpo… Is a member of Pi Kappa Alpha on campus. Previously served as the fraternity’s treasurer and is currently the VP of Membership Development… Has participated in numerous community service events with both Pi Kappa Alpha and the football team… Has 26 cousins, 23 of them on his mother’s side… Is a huge fan of NASCAR and has been to numerous races at the Chicagoland Speedway… Father was a first-team all-Catholic League first baseman for St. Laurence High School… Uncle is a baker in Downers Grove, Ill.. Wants to be a financial analyst when he graduates.
